James Tripp and John Patrick Morgan use the name and email address you provide to give you access to this talk series. Registration opens the recordings immediately and remembers your access on this device.
Live talks
When a live talk is published, your name and email may be used to register you with Zoom. Zoom provides your personal joining link and records attendance. The series is recorded; the host will notify you when recording is active.
Emails from James and JP
By registering or signing in, you join the Ontic Agility membership and agree to occasional updates and emails from JP Morgan and James Tripp. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Ontic Agility has one membership list. Each registration or sign-in includes your details in the next shared export for James and JP. The file includes your name and email, the registration notice and the time of your latest registration or sign-in. Email subscription preferences and unsubscribes are managed in each host’s own email system.
Access and storage
A necessary sign-in cookie keeps you logged in on this device for up to 90 days. When email sign-in is connected, access links expire after 20 minutes. Re-entering an email on another device can open the recordings, but does not grant access to that person’s personal meeting links or host controls. Your details are stored securely for the operation of the series and are available only to its authorised hosts. Email delivery uses Resend when connected; live meetings and recording playback use Zoom.
